Join Us - Volunteer/ Work Experience

Are you interested in a Work Experience/Volunteer placement at our school? Do you have the following qualities?

What to do

Application

Anyone wishing to volunteer or wishing to complete a work experience placement should complete the Volunteer/Work Experience Request form and return it Jackie Moldrich either at the main office or you can email it to : office@becontreeprimaryschool.com.

Procedure

Only successful candidates will be contacted regarding their application. Applicants will have an informal meeting with our Student/Volunteer Placement team. At this meeting, you will be provided with:

  • Volunteer/Work Experience Agreement
  • Will go through Expectations Document
  • Will complete a DBS check

The main aim of a DBS is to aid employers in making safer recruitment decisions and ensuring that unsuitable people do not work with vulnerable groups. A DBS is required where volunteers or employees are working with children.

Applicants that refuse a DBS check will not be accepted.

Any adult wishing to volunteer must be over the age of 18.
