Algebra- investigating number sequences

In this lesson, the student were investigating an arrangement of five consecutive numbers. They tried different ways of creating an end result by rearranging the cards. They used this to work towards generating a rule for the sequence.

They then tested the rule with other sets of consecutive numbers.
