The Becontree Team

There are over 70 team members at Becontree Primary School including, governors, school leaders, class based teachers and support teachers, specialist and general learning support assistants, office staff, cooks, cleaners, the site manager and caretaker, mid-day supervisors, parent support adviser and a network management team. 

Every member of our team plays a vital role in ensuring our children have access to the highest quality learning environment and experiences.

Children themselves play a vital role in making Becontree a wonderful place to learn. They are encouraged to take on a variety of  leadership roles and responsibilities, which they carry out with confidence.

Working in partnership with parents/carers is vital to our success and we are proud of the positive relationships we have with our families. Parents/carers contribute in so many ways to our school and are an important asset in our school and wider community.
