I am very proud to be the headteacher at Becontree; a school where children and their learning is at the heart of everything we do. Our school motto is Respecting One Another; three words that are an expectation of all members of our school community, that ensure a sense of belonging for everyone.
We believe that all children have learning, well-being and safeguarding needs. Every single person here wants the very best for every child; that’s why we do a lot of thinking and work hard. We are always asking questions about what we do, why we do it and how we can do things better.
Teamwork is very important to us because we know that we can do things better by working together with others; our children and their families, governors, staff, local community, other schools and professionals all make a positive difference to our school.
If you would like to learn more about our school and what’s important to us, please take a look at our website or better still come and visit us.
Hard copies of documents can be provided by the school office. If you require a copy or any further information, please don't hesitate to get in touch by calling or emailing the school office.
