Scooter Park

The Eco Committee helped to design a scooter park to encourage children to scoot to school as a more eco friendly way of travelling to school instead of being driven in a car. This would also help to reduce pollution and improve the air quality around the school. This initiative was one of our targets for working on the TfL Travel for Life Programme to help us gain Bronze Level accreditation. We also were able to get and install two scooter racks free from Be First funded by TfL as a result of taking part in this programme.
