Virtual Author Visit

Virtual Visit from S F Said 

On Wednesday, we were very lucky to have a virtual visit from the author SF Said.  The pupils were very excited as he wrote the book, Varjak Paw, which we are reading and working on in English.  Here are some facts which we found about about him during our visit.

-He wrote 17 versions of his books, Varjak Paw, before  it was finally published.

-It took him 5 years to write Varjak Paw

-The book is based on a cat he once had.

-S F Said loves to read comics and non-fiction as well as fiction books. 

Mr S F Said was very impressed with our pupils. He said it was lovely to see children who were so enthusiastic about reading.
