Next class: Sat 25th April, 9:30am – 10:00am
Having taught face to face over 1 million children in primary schools, Pete, our founder, has been approached by councils, schools and lots of parents to run some fun, age-appropriate fitness classes. To make it as engaging and age-appropriate as possible, the session will be broken down into 2 parts:
Part 1: aimed at ages 3-7 (9.30 -9.45)
then we pick up the pace
Part 2: aimed at ages 7-11 (9.45-10)
Children of all ages are welcome to both parts of this class or can join part way through, we have just broken it down to make it as fun and engaging as possible for everyone! Parents can join in too of course, or take a few minutes to enjoy a cup of tea while the children burn off some steam.
These classes are completely FREE! To join all you need to do is click the link below at the time of the session. It is as easy as that.

You may have seen requests for rainbow pictures for Nightingale Hospital on Facebook and other social media. Although the request originally came from a fake account and Nightingale have requested that no pictures are posted to them, This Morning (ITV) have come up with a way to get the pictures to them (https://www.itv.com/thismorning/hot-topics/the-nightingale-hospital-needs-your-pictures). Pictures must be uploaded to the app by midday on 10th April.
If you have already created a picture, or would like to take part, you can scan or photograph your picture and send it in via This Morning's app:
