  • FREE A-life Children's Fitness Sessions

    Mon 20 Apr 2020

    Next class: Sat 25th April, 9:30am – 10:00am

Having taught face to face over 1 million children in primary schools, Pete, our founder, has been approached by councils, schools and lots of parents to run some fun, age-appropriate fitness classes. To make it as engaging and age-appropriate as possible, the session will be broken down into 2 parts:

    Part 1: aimed at ages 3-7 (9.30 -9.45)
then we pick up the pace

    Part 2: aimed at ages 7-11 (9.45-10)

Children of all ages are welcome to both parts of this class or can join part way through, we have just broken it down to make it as fun and engaging as possible for everyone! Parents can join in too of course, or take a few minutes to enjoy a cup of tea while the children burn off some steam.

These classes are completely FREE! To join all you need to do is click the link below at the time of the session. It is as easy as that.

  • Street Tag Update

    Tue 31 Mar 2020
We have adapted Street Tag to support your physical activities at home and social distancing. Start earning points, #StayInWorkOut, climb the leaderboard and win prizes such as sports equipment, amazon vouchers, Fitbit and more at the comfort of your home using the Street Tag app.

Update your Street Tag app into the latest version to start converting your steps and calorie burn into Street Tag points using Fitbit hardware or just the Fitbit app without the hardware device (You do not require a Fitbit if you don't have one, just the Fitbit app will do just fine). Install the Fitbit app and create an account for the Sync connection. Once you open the latest version of the Street Tag app, tap on the Fitbit icon on the home screen, connect your Fitbit app account to enable auto-sync. All you have to do now is ensure you open the Street Tag app at least once a day and your steps so far for that day will be automatically converted into Street Tag points. #StayInWorkOut as much as you can with your phone on you and Street Tag will take care of the hard part of climbing the leaderboard and winning prizes.

You can help your friends, family and colleagues to #StayInWorkOut with Street Tag by sharing your Street Tag invite code with them or share this below. Extra points if your invite code is used.

"Install Street Tag on the App Store https://bit.ly/stappstore and on the Play Store https://bit.ly/stplaystore to #StayInWorkOut and start earning points, climb the leaderboard and win prizes such as sports equipment, amazon vouchers, Fitbit and more."
